GREEKLY was founded in 2024 and provides online Greek language learning services through modern and interactive teaching methods. The business is based in Greece and its services are addressed to students from Greece, the United Kingdom, and other countries. The use of the website and the booking of lessons implies the full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Provided

GREEKLY offers:

  • Online private Greek lessons

  • Online group lessons of up to 5 people

  • A free 30-minute trial lesson

Lessons are conducted remotely, following prior scheduling.

3. Lessons for Minor Students

The services of GREEKLY are addressed to both adult and minor students.

In the case of minor students under the age of 18, lesson bookings, the provision of personal data, and any financial transaction are carried out exclusively by a parent or legal guardian. By booking a lesson, the parent or guardian declares that they have legal custody of the minor student and provides their consent for the student’s participation in the lessons.

4. Bookings & Payments

Lesson bookings are made following prior communication and confirmation. Payments are carried out according to the terms agreed upon before the start of the lessons.

5. Cancellation Policy

The Cancellation & Lesson Rescheduling Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and is available on a separate page of the website. By booking a lesson, the student or parent/legal guardian accepts this policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All educational material, website content, and digital tools are the intellectual property of GREEKLY and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

GREEKLY makes every possible effort to provide its services properly; however, it is not responsible for technical issues caused by third parties, such as internet connection problems.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Greek law. The courts of Greece shall have jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute.
