Online & In-Person Lessons – GREEKLY

This Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy applies to all lessons offered by GREEKLY, whether online or in person, and aims to ensure the smooth organisation and consistency of lessons.

By booking a lesson, the student or the parent/legal guardian in the case of a minor student fully accepts this policy.

1. Lesson Cancellation

If a lesson is cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time, no charge will apply.

Any prepaid amount will be transferred to a future lesson.

2. Last-Minute Cancellations

If a lesson is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, the lesson will be charged in full.

3. Lesson Rescheduling

The student may reschedule up to two (2) lessons per month without any charge, provided that the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Requests to reschedule more than two lessons within the same month, or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the lesson start time, will be considered last-minute cancellations and will be charged in full.

4. Group Lessons

For group lessons, the cancellation or absence of an individual student does not entitle the student to a refund or a make-up lesson, as the lesson will take place as scheduled for the remaining members of the group.

5. Late Arrival or No-Show

In the case of late arrival to a lesson, whether online or in person, by the student, the missed time will not be made up and the lesson will end at the originally scheduled time. If the student does not attend within the first 15 minutes of the scheduled start time without prior notice, the lesson will be considered cancelled and will be charged in full.

6. Cancellations by the Teacher

If a lesson is cancelled by the teacher, a new date will be proposed for a make-up lesson. If the lesson starts late due to the teacher, the missed time will be made up after the originally scheduled end time.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional cases of force majeure or serious health reasons, the Cancellation Policy may be reviewed by mutual agreement.

This Cancellation Policy applies to all GREEKLY lessons and helps maintain an organised, professional, and high-quality learning environment.
