Online & In-Person Lessons – GREEKLY

This Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy applies to all lessons offered by GREEKLY, whether held online or in person. Its purpose is to ensure smooth organization, consistency, and reliability across all lessons.

By booking a lesson, the student or the parent/legal guardian, in the case of a minor student, fully accepts this policy.

1. Lesson Cancellation

If a lesson is cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time, no fee will be charged.
Any prepayment will either be refunded or transferred to a future lesson.

2. Last-Minute Cancellations

If a lesson is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, the lesson will be charged in full.
If payment has already been made, the amount will not be refunded.

3. Lesson Rescheduling

Students may reschedule up to two (2) lessons per month without any additional charge, provided that the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Any further rescheduling requests within the same month, or requests made less than 24 hours before the lesson start time, will be considered last-minute cancellations and will be charged in full.

4. Group Lessons

For group lessons, the cancellation or absence of an individual student does not result in a refund or a make-up lesson, as the lesson takes place as scheduled for the remaining members of the group.

5. Late Arrival or No-Show

In the case of late arrival to a lesson, whether online or in person, the missed time will not be made up and the lesson will end at the scheduled time.

If the student does not attend within the first 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, without prior notice, the lesson will be considered cancelled and will be charged in full.

6. Cancellations by the Teacher

If a lesson is cancelled by the teacher, a new date will be proposed or a refund will be issued if payment has already been made.

If the lesson starts late due to the teacher, the missed time will be made up after the scheduled end time.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional cases of force majeure or serious health reasons, the Cancellation Policy may be reviewed upon mutual agreement.

This Cancellation Policy applies to all GREEKLY lessons and helps maintain an organized, professional, and high-quality learning environment.
